Immunohistochemical analysis of FGF-15 was detected in immersion fixed frozen sections of mouse embryo (E15) using Sheep Anti-mouse FGF-15 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47870) at 15 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Sheep HRP-DAB (brown and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to the processes of dorsal root ganglia neurons.
